Aspire wanted to move from SPS and find a solution they are not nickel and dimed for. They needed to integrate their 6 trading partners into NetSuite. They discovered the Daku Difference – responsive support, quick implementation, and flat fees.

Daku was able to provide an API driven solution for their EDI needs. Instead of sending flat files, we upgraded them to a solution that is custom for them. The solution is able to retroactively pull in missed orders due to partner downtime and validate prior to inserting into their ERP system, NetSuite.

Aspire was overpaying their EDI provider due to their “tiered” system where you pay for credits you will never use. Their integrations were not even working properly and getting someone to help would take months and include hidden fees.
